RECENT ARTWORK

The most recent series is inspired by Leo Tolstoy's novel, "War and Peace." This artwork titled "Liberation" measures 80 by 80 cm and employs a variety of mixed techniques, including photography, cyanotype, paper sculptures, and painting.During a challenging period, Frederike chose to articulate her emotions through the creation of new artwork. She believes that art serves as a potent form of healing.

Frederike constructs abstract realms that evoke a sense of peace and freedom, while simultaneously revealing the subtle tension between harmony and conflict. Every piece of art provides a sensory experience while simultaneously encouraging deeper reflection. The artist's objective extends beyond mere self-expression; it is to engage the viewer in a reflective journey.
